Prime Minister Narendra Modi has commemorated 11 years of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government, reflecting on over a decade of political stability, economic progress, and India’s rising stature on the global stage. In a message to the nation, PM Modi reiterated the government’s continued commitment to “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas,” describing it as the foundation of his administration's success.
Since coming to power in 2014, the NDA under Modi’s leadership has introduced sweeping reforms across sectors—ranging from digital infrastructure and financial inclusion to defense modernization and foreign diplomacy. The Prime Minister highlighted achievements such as the rollout of the GST, record infrastructure development including highways and airports, and the success of flagship programs like Swachh Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, and Jan Dhan Yojana.
One of the cornerstones of Modi’s address was India’s economic transformation. He noted that India has climbed to become the world’s 5th largest economy, driven by consistent GDP growth, resilient policies, and expanding digital ecosystems. He also acknowledged the resilience shown by the country during the pandemic and the economic recovery that followed.
In terms of global leadership, PM Modi pointed to India’s active role in forums such as the G20, BRICS, and QUAD. He emphasized that India is no longer just a participant in global affairs but is increasingly shaping discussions on climate change, global health, technology, and peace.
The Prime Minister also praised the work done to empower marginalized communities. Initiatives targeting women, farmers, small businesses, and tribal populations have been central to the government’s inclusive development agenda. From improved sanitation access to direct cash transfers, Modi positioned his government as one that “delivers with intent and integrity.”
While acknowledging ongoing challenges, PM Modi affirmed his vision for a “Viksit Bharat” by 2047—a fully developed, self-reliant, and equitable India. He called upon citizens, especially the youth, to continue participating actively in the nation’s progress and take pride in its achievements.
As the NDA enters its 12th year, the Prime Minister’s message reinforced a narrative of continuity, purpose, and a mission-driven approach to governance that blends tradition with transformation.
