Property registration documents accessed by Square Yards reveal the details of this transaction. The purchased land parcel spans 2.38 hectares, which is approximately 28,465 square yards. UC Punawale Skyscrapers LLP paid a stamp duty of ₹9.03 crore along with a registration fee of ₹30,000 for the registration of the land parcel. The transaction was officially registered on February 4, 2025.The Radkar family was the seller of the land parcel.

Punawale in Pimpri Chinchwad has seen substantial real estate activity. According to Square Yards' Project Data Intelligence, a total of 5,169 property transactions, adding up to a gross transaction value of ₹2,827 crore, were registered in Punawale between January 2024 and December 2024. The average price for residential properties in Punawale currently stands at ₹9,666 per square foot.

UC Punawale Skyscrapers LLP is a recently established Limited Liability Partnership, incorporated on January 17, 2025, with its registered office located in Pune City, Maharashtra.
