I want to talk to you about some of the problems we're having with our new Mustang Mach E and F 150 Lightning. I'm going to be candid with you because I think it's important that you know what's going on.

First, let me say that we're very proud of these new vehicles. They're great cars and we're confident that they'll be hugely popular. But we're also aware that there are some serious problems that need to be addressed.

The first problem is with the Mustang Mach E. We're having issues with the battery pack that's causing it to overheat. This is a serious problem and we're working hard to fix it. We're also investigating reports of the car's brakes not working properly. This is obviously a very serious safety issue and we're taking it very seriously.
