The new showroom further strengthens Mercedes-Benz’s presence in the state, in line with the company’s strategy of expanding its luxury retail footprint across key markets in the country, moving closer to the customer. Inauguration of City Star Raipur aligns with Mercedes-Benz India’s ‘Go to Customer’ strategy, bringing world-class luxury retail experiences closer to customers in the market.
The newly inaugurated City Star sales showroom in Raipur has been developed to deliver a luxury retail experience, enabling customers to explore the Mercedes-Benz portfolio through personalized curated journey. The showroom integrates dedicated spaces for top-end vehicles like the exclusive ‘Maybach Corner’, private and semi-private customer consultations, curated lifestyle boutique elements and a dedicated handover bay supported by the innovative ‘Key Presenter’.
