User Agreement

By creating an account and accessing NEX PLAY, you agree to the following terms as part of this User Agreement:

• You understand that violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Account Information

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account.
• You must not use fake identities or personal information belonging to another individual.

3. Content Submission

• By submitting content to NEX PLAY, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and display the content.
• You retain ownership of your content but agree that NEX PLAY has the right to showcase it across the platform.

4. Changes to Agreement

NEX PLAY may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or platform announcements.
