Ospreys Volo Charging Software Enables Hardware Agnostic Interoperability

Ospreys Volo, a provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, has announced the release of its newest software which enables hardware agnostic interoperability. This means that any EV charger, whether it is Level 1, Level 2, or DC fast charger, can now be used with any car as long as the driver has the Volo app.

This is a huge step forward for the EV industry as it has been limited by the lack of interoperability between charging hardware and vehicles. This has been a major barrier to mass adoption of EVs as drivers are hesitant to switch to a new technology if they are not sure that they will be able to charge their car.

With the Volo app, drivers will no longer have to worry about compatibility issues when choosing a charger. They can simply find the closest charger to them and plug in, confident that their car will be able to use it.

The Volo app is available now for iOS and Android devices.
